A retail showroom and a forklift aisle should not get the same floor. We spec each system by what actually happens on it: point loads, chemical exposure, thermal shock, wash-down frequency, and required slip rating. That determines build thickness (from 20-mil coatings to 1/4″ urethane cement), topcoat chemistry, and texture.
Prep scales the same way residential does — dust-extracted diamond grinding or shot blasting, moisture testing, and joint/crack treatment appropriate to slab movement. On occupied sites we run HEPA extraction and contain the work area, so the rest of your operation keeps moving.
You get a written scope with square footage, system build, cure schedule, and return-to-service times before work starts. Certificate of insurance on request; we’re used to GC coordination, badging, and site-safety requirements.
