Does checking my rate affect my credit score?
No. Pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull, which doesn't impact your score. A hard pull only happens if you accept an offer and proceed with financing.
How fast is approval?
The application takes about five minutes on your phone, and most decisions come back the same day — often within minutes. Approval is handled by our third-party lending partner, not by us, so your financial details stay between you and the lender.
Is there a penalty for paying it off early?
No. Every plan we offer can be paid off early with no prepayment penalty. Many same-as-cash customers pay the balance in month ten or eleven and never pay a dollar of interest.
Do you charge more for financed jobs?
No. The quote is the quote — cash, check, card, or financed, the price on paper is identical. Financing costs (if any) are between you and the lender at the rate you accept.
